The Board of Directors

Over the past 30 years Mark and Marie Rolfe have used their extensive knowledge to provide the ACT and surrounding regions with a commercial cleaning company that prides itself on its high standards.

Simon RolfeChief Executive Officer

Following his appointment as General Manager of Rolfe Property Services Pty Ltd in 2009, Simon is now the CEO of Kamberra Indigenous Cleaning. His experience and knowledge within the commercial cleaning industry make him an extremely valuable member of our team.

Tyrell GooleyGeneral Manager

Tyrell Gooley is a young man of aboriginal decent that can be traced back 7 generations. His heritage stems back to the Gamilaroi people of northern NSW in particular to the Burra Bee Dee Aboriginal Reserve outside of Coonabarabran, which is where his grandfather was born and raised. Tyrell is committed to help enhance and build indigenous business relations, community partnerships and awareness on behalf of Kamberra Indigenous Cleaning.

Rajani ShresthaOffice Manager

Rajani joined the Rolfe Group in July 2018 as an Administration Officer. A few short months later, she embraced the role of Business Support Officer, where she worked closely with the Business Support Manager and Accounts Manager. In 2021, Rajani now undertakes a senior role within the group as Office Manager covering accounts and office team. She loves learning new skills and provide training her team. It is her friendly personality and vast knowledge of Business Management that makes Rajani such a fundamental member of our administration team.

Jamie EcheandiaHuman Resource Manager

Jamie started with Rolfe Group in October 2023 as a Human Resource Manager. Jamie comes from a background in training and development and business development across different industries spanning 10 years.
Holding a Diploma in Human Resources, He is passionate about employees’ development and their performance having joined Rolfe Property Services to support the day-to-day operations and to be point of contact for HR matters for internal and external stake holders having worked with private companies and employment services over the years. Jamie’s professional and tactful approach allows him to achieve positive outcomes when dealing with any HR related matters and he can provide sound advice when required.

Warwick BonnyOperations Manager

Warwick joined the company in 2017 and oversees a number of contracts including Department of Health and numerous private enterprise clientele.
Having been in the industry for a total of 13 years, Warwick provides his clients with open and transparent communication and a focus on providing cleaning solutions for his clients.

Joel DaltonOperations Manager

Joel has worked for the Rolfe Group previously before undertaking a role in New Zealand. Since returning, Joel undertakes the role of Operations Manager for a number of sites across local Government and Federal Government sites. Joel has now worked in the Industry for a total of 18 years and provides his clients with knowledge and expertise to cater for their cleaning requirements.

Chencho TsheringOperations Manager

Chenco has recently been promoted into the role of Operations Manager. Chenco has overseen a number of projects for the company and overseen one of the company’s biggest Government portfolios. He’s desire to lead a team and to continue to promote the professional image of the company puts Chencho at the forefront and he is always willing to lend a hand to those in need.

Annette HuntOperations Manager

Annette was promoted into a leading hand role at one of our largest Government sites. Annette demonstrated her ability organise and manage the contract to the highest standard in which we did not hesitate promoting Annette to the role of Operations Manager for this large Government department. Annette’s eye for detail and desire to deliver are her biggest strengths and consistently delivers quality services to her clients.

Grace LyonsFinance Officer

Grace joined Rolfe Group in October 2021. After a career change from her 5 years of film and television production. In a short period of her employment, Grace has shown her ability and interest in Finance and promoted in Finance Officer position. Grace is the first port of call for accounts receivable. Grace has broadened her administration and finance skills to include Bookkeeping and Accounting and Payroll processing. Grace has a friendly & cheerful disposition which allows her to liaise at all levels confidently & successfully with internal & external stakeholders as part of her day-to-day duties.

Jasmine HamlynAdmin Officer

Jasmine has recently joined Rolfe Group in June 2023. Jasmine is the first port of call when walking in the front door where Jasmine greets you with a friendly voice and a helpful attitude. She also showed her interest in the accounts payable area and uses initiative with learning new things and actively performing her day-to-day duties in a team environment and providing admin support. Jasmine’s calm, initiative and active personality plays a vital role towards the company.

Seugne MellettCompliance Officer – HSEQ

Seugne has joined Rolfe Group in June 2023. Seugne is the first port of call for compliance/health & safety. Seugne brought her experience in compliance to assist with the role and to broaden her skills. She’s currently studying Cert IV in WHS to widen her expertise. Seugne believes that the position is ideal for her and offers a continuous flow of work and change, which allows her to interact with people and implement healthier and safer work environments.
